How it all started

      To this day, I can't pinpoint exactly what it was that drew me to this industry, but ever since I made the leap, it's been one heck of a journey. Six years ago I was a former Navy Aircraft Mechanic with two college degrees, waiting tables. I had been trying to recover financially from a recession and dealing with the loss of loved ones all while trying to find purpose. They say such levels of despair can be either paralyzing or motivating. With only $150 in my pocket, I chose the latter.


     Having spent nearly 17 years in the service industry I knew well the fundamentals of good customer service.  Everyone I served was my guest, my friend. I wanted to make their experience as positive as possible.  I did that by listening to what they wanted and going above and beyond to make that happen. I forged relationships, 45 minutes at a time. I learned that if I took care of them, they would take care of me. The same should be true in all business dealings. It's about relationships.


     During those years I had discovered that hood cleaning was the thorn in the side of the restaurant industry.  There had been many fly by night companies and unethical practices leaving a sour taste in the mouths of restaurant owners.  There was a need not being met. Reliable and quality hood cleaning with no-hassle.
